Pre-Start Planning
Once appointed, we coordinate with consultants and design teams to finalise all details before work begins on site, ensuring everything is fully resolved in advance.

On-Site Delivery
Our sites are professionally managed, safe and well organised. We provide regular updates and clear communication so clients always know what stage the project is at.

Off-Site Coordination
We hold regular meetings to review progress, manage design queries, and ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved.

Completion & Handover
We carry out detailed quality checks and provide a structured handover, including all relevant documentation and a full walkthrough of the finished project.

Aftercare
Our commitment continues after completion, with dedicated support throughout the defects period and beyond if needed.
